The main objective of optic-electronic Lab is to aim at the optic and electronic properties research front and major challenges in the filed of nano-materials and nano-devices. In the construction of laboratory, it combined the purchase of the advanced commercial inst-ruments and independent research and development of new optic-electronic test apparatuses. So far, Optic-electronic research Lab have owned a series of commercial electric equipments such as Keithley 4200 semiconductor characterization system, 2420 source meter, Agilent precision LCR meter, Stanford SR850 and SR830 lock-in amplifier and a versatile Suss probe system for research gro-ups in nanoelectronics and biosensors. On independent research side, we have designed and completed a 77 K Hall measurement system. |
