Researches:
- Microstructure and microanalysis by use of Electron diffraction, high resolution transmission microscopy (TEM) and scanning TEM with nano-probe.
- Publications in science of nano-materials had been involved in C, swt-C, CN, BN, GaN, TiO2, SnO2-nanotube/nanowires, as well as quantum dots in biological cells and magnetic particles or quantum dots in semiconductors.
- Observation of micro-domains in ceramics, and in-situ Lorentz microscopy of single domains and domain wall motion had also been performed.
