Now I am interested in the research on the simulations of semiconductor materials and nanostructures. I have investigated the kinetics of ordering in fcc multilayer alloys during the epitaxial growth. In particular, we found the oscillatory ordering phase, and proposed a simple method to synthesize the ordering orientation surperlattices by changing the growth rate periodically. Some of the results have been published on Phys. Rev. B 69(15), 155428 (2004) and Phys. Rev. Lett. 97(12), 126105 (2006).
