Research Experience：
Dr. Liu Zheng-hui received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Physics College of Beijing university in 2002 and 2007 respectively. After graduation of Ph. D. course, he worked for Suzhou institute of nano-technology and nano-bionics in May, 2007. Presently he has been in charge of SPM lab.
During as a Ph.D. student, he independently developed a UHV-STM acquiring high-quality atomic resolution of silicon surface, invented L-PC control system for SPM, and applied for two patents. The UHV-STM be awarded the second prize in the competition of the forth experimental technology production in Beijing University. As a major participator in the National Nature Science Fund project about silicon surface patterned doping and effect on self-assembly of nanostructures, He systemically researched silicon surface doping boron by self-made UHV-STM and the software of first principles calculation, and then solved some science problems disputed for a long time, especially the explanation for the atomic structure of Si(100):B surface and Si(100) base doping boron in a ultra high concentration.
