钟海舰 博士 工程师

钟海舰博士 高级工程师,1999年本科毕业于北京工商大学化学工程学院环境工程专业,获工学学士学位;2007年毕业于上海大学环境与化学工程学院应用化学专业,获工学硕士学位;2012年毕业于中科院苏州纳米所微电子学与固体电子学专业,获工学博士学位。
自2004年至今一直从事与扫描探针显微镜相关的应用研究、技术开发和设备研制等工作,熟练掌握扫描探针技术的原理、操作和相关制样技术,精通各种局域电学、磁学及光电耦合等高级应用测量模式及实验方法,参与了扫描近场光电多功能探针系统、超高真空近场光电探针系统等多项与扫描探针显微镜相关的实验装备的自主研发,并应用自主研发系统对石墨烯与宽禁带半导体构成的异质界面局域电学和光电性质开展了深入的研究,相关结果已经发表在APL、JAP等杂志。
