★产品介绍

 白光干涉轮廓仪采用增加相位扫描干涉技术，是专为准确测量表面轮廓、粗糙度、薄膜厚度、台阶高度和其他表面参数而设计的微纳米测量系统。

★产品特点

1、非接触式测量：避免物件受损。
2、三维表面测量：表面高度测量范围为50nm-2μm。
3、纳米级分辨率：垂直分辨率可以达到0.5nm。
4、高速数字信号处理器：实现测量仅需要几秒钟。
